Latest News on Class Times for 2015
Classes NORMALLY run as follows:
Mondays 6pm £5 John Pounds Centre
– No class on bank holidays as the centre closes.
Tuesdays 5:45pm at Bedhampton Social Hall £5.
Wednesday classes are currently being held outdoors weather permitting at 7:30pm on Castle Field!
Wednesdays 6:30pm Portsmouth High School £5 – IMPORTANT – As a rule it is a good idea to text 07787 950092/contact me for details as sometimes we have to cancel if the school is using the hall and let us know last minute.
Wednesdays 8pm John Pounds Centre. £5.
Saturdays 10am St James’ Hospital £5.
Sundays: 10am Crofton Community Centre, Stubbington Lane. This is a 5 week course £25 . New course dates for 2015 are:
*1. Sunday 5th July, *2. Sunday 12th July, *** Week out for Race for Life ***
*3. Sunday 26th July, *4. Sunday 2nd August, *5. Sunday 9th August
Booking in advance is required and details will be emailed out on request. There are some PAYG spaces available.
Tuesdays: Hoop Dance course for beginners/improvers 7:30pm at St James’ Hospital. This is a 6 week course for £48. New dates available on request. Details on the hoop dance page. Learn hoop dance skills and work on tricks.

During classes you will learn the basic move and quickly progress! The class is very informal yet very effective. 10 minutes of hula hooping can burn up to 100 calories and it’s also a great way to increase flexibility and work those abs! Come along and get jiggy with it
